Needs to improve in upskilling employees, need to change the old school training techniques to elearnings. Need to acquire more projects and management needs to decrease micro management.

Not many active projects and this leads to lack of Security in Work and not enough satisfaction in work. Stay on toes for a sudden Layoff and you'll be fine.

This is best place for the freshers to start their career with ELAIT where staff's are more supportive, most of them are highly talent-able, easy approachable including directors too, and off-course it is big opportunities to work with Elaitians. I have best buddy's there, I will be loving them always.
