Pros:Gud and supportive team members,paid off,paid leaves, Cons:overtime pay isn't good,we have to wait till another team member logs in,if he is on leave we have to continue.

Get some 1-2 year Exp and move on.

3rd class company no future is there. Salary also very less. Seniors also very rude they think they are the owners of the company. If anyone join this company their future was demolished. Please don't join there

There is no facilities in that company. Two coffee machine are there rats are all surrounded there that only drinks employees over all 3rd class company.

If any fresher candidates to join with Ecs this is Good opportunity to work here. some things is good here like salary on time and shift is rotational .but according to me This company is not make for experienced holder person because here is no external joiners only internal and experienced person are eligible for getting promotion and spending more than 5 to 6 yr .

promotion's and igp facilities are not earlier it's too delay .Here more than 5 to 6 yr working and experienced candidate's are waiting for promotion but did not get. Shift's are Rotational But in Night shift executive facing a lots of problem like Meals and No cafeteria in office premises .
