Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management.company policy are good, appraisal are fair and they give salary hike every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.on the job training is not given to new joinees.

My manager and my head guided me at every step to do grow in my job I had joined as executive but have grown well and all round experience very useful

Good company some people take advantage by taking leave for no reason again and again hr should take stricter action and not keep believing lies I told them but they keep giving chance to non performers

Culture Promotors No benefits No work life balance Work timings are bad, we come in at 9am without knowing if we will go home at 5:30, 6, 7, 8 or 9pm On Saturdays we have half day which is from 9am to 7pm Suggestion to people reading this. Don’t dare to work here or join this unprofessional company.
