Organization operation hours are 8-8 only so it's a day shift, the pay also okay for a an associate, we get 2week offs.

Dislikes

Salary hikes, No WFH flexibility for my department, there will be no HR fun activities in the company however things are changing a little recently.

Opportunity to build career, high chances to improve the technical and soft skills. Great support from CEO and AVP. Great place to work. Excellent chances of IJP. Not only work wise but company supports personally in the hard times of employees.

...anagers......i rate 5 ⭐✨ to company and people whom are pilleres of company. But 0 on manager who only joins for promotions and salary hikes.

The only plus point is that this is in healthtech space hence you can be proud that you are making peoples lives better.

Dislikes

There is no culture in the company and no concept of promotions. Founders don't have clear strategy of how the company should proceed. There hasn't been any hikes to mid to senior level executives even if they perform well. The CEO has anger issues without reasoning. Being a first time found he never sees his own mistake neither learns from it. He lives in the old concept of control and conquer without realizing all his money is from the VC and nothing from the profit. Company will never achieve profitability with the current mindset of the leadership. The company will prosper if the CEO and the CXO team is changed.

Cool workplace, it feels like a cafe.

Dislikes

There will be no time for personal life if you join as a fresher. You will have to work 12 to 14 hours a day. You will have to work on Sundays and on holidays too. And this is because of lack of manpower. Company' intention to take work of atleast 6 people from just 2 or 3 people with not so much satisfying salary.

one of the worst company to work with. Lot of favoritsm & office politics. Never believe the HR and it's manager. Very cunning people, puppets of the CEO. Full hire and fire system. You can be jobless instead of having an unsteady or unsecured job.

Dislikes

Everything right from the upper management to the lower management, biggest scam. what they preach they don't follow. Never fall in their trap at all. Especially the HR head, she terms herself to be a "GUNDI HR".
