One drawback of working in eki is the lack of long term job security, as a newly hired graduated may face layoffs. Additionally, favouritism can sometimes influence opportunities and growth with in the company.

It's like a proprietary run business. One man takes all the decision no board can over rule. Favouritism & Nepotism persist. No value for professionals. Those who can agree like Haanji Haanji with Manish can only be promoted
