...ery bad party culture only drinks and non-veg nothing else No skill development. There is no any extra benifits except salary. More deduction in salary, not much more in hand salary. No leave in cash.. take only leaves. No more leaves on festivals. Only support for Muslims festivals. Overall very rude culture in Flipkart. Not in gurugram even pan India. naukri se nikalne ka best tareeka hai PIP. No support with HR, Manager, colleagues. Isliye koi bhi company ko apna mai baap na samjhen.....value for your work .....and increase your skills.

...ctors. Company policies are ok. I mean it gives you pretty much in competition. But doesn't provide Overtime pay.

...cting health. Like everywhere, favorisim is also exist here. No travel facility. No OT payment.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Very terrible experience working in ekart .No personal life ,no salary hike ,no single penny increase in 2 years .No promotion until u butter your manager ,work doesn't matter....

Work environment and Branch culture teammates are not supportive and managment is not transparent. Company policies are good but in branch management not good

There is lot of politics and the managment doesn't address our issue. Salary decent but not growth in career it's depending on branch senior's
