Slow system, Longer waiting time for a request. Slow decision making, slow work results. Lesser focus on hubs. Long work hours. Avg 12 hours per day or more. 1 wk off in alternate week. No increment of ground level employees. Few grades had no increment since 2 year inspite of getting EE rating.

And those who join here as offroll have no future of work, no promotion, work at the same salary year after year, no salary increment. Those who join in offroll have to have dehring rehearing every month, there is no job security. As a result, everyone's work mentality has deteriorated here.
