No given overtime salary, and go give week off for 1-2 month at diwali, HR laying for your benifit. And not responsible. And no give any transport charges. I have paid 20% of my salary for travel to office.

On time salary. Good employee benefits on time. No working hr simply come on our shift do assign work and leave any time to office. No time to report office in our shift 1 to 2 hr delay will be allowed.

Truly politics in workplace. Zero work life balances. No extra pay for overtime. In a day total working 12 to 13 hr. No team support.

Here company policies are good but they don't think about the ground team. They do not support us. We feel very bad for it . Before deciding the new things need to ask to ground team.

...k they have forced on us. We are unable to balance our work and personal life. Honestly which kind of potential I have and which kind of work I am doing here I do not get salary regarding it.

You cannot expect growth, from operation head like RM to AM they will decide who is there favorite, for our hard work smart work you can't expect anything to that, overall worst management there is no rolls, in Indian congratulations there is a lot of rolls and act for employees in instakart no one following.
