Initially it was good and people were supportive. Later in senior area managers joined who were from different backgrounds and had no knowledge of logistics. They started treating people as machines.

...ur open office at 5 am and there is no respect given for the whole day effort. The ratings has no meaning people getting lower rating than me has same salary hike not a single digit difference. Life is hell working, the company will take out everything from you, you will not be able to give time to family. Your personal life is eat, sleep and work in office.

Please balance with old or new employee. You have to pay the new employee of higher salary like new rate of card and your old empleyee working less salary of against of new employee. Which are created the issue of old employee mind and this is the best reasone to move on another platform. Sorry to say.....

Slow system, Longer waiting time for a request. Slow decision making, slow work results. Lesser focus on hubs. Long work hours. Avg 12 hours per day or more. 1 wk off in alternate week. No increment of ground level employees. Few grades had no increment since 2 year inspite of getting EE rating.
