...erlocal offrole employee has no future & they are not renew their contract also. Everything is good, like work culture, salary, work life balance, team members. But don't join flipkart as an offrole employee.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Working with flipkart gave a wonderful experience, office culture and friendly team. and learnt a lot from fellow colleagues, worked with passion and comfort zone i would recommend this place to work.

Dislikes

While working with flipkart 2 years, 4 months never got any appraisals or salary hike. this is the only this personally i dislike about flipkart.

The company, Walmart, is excellent. However, the Indian higher management lacks an understanding of the ground challenges faced by the team. They implement the SOP without any discussion with the ground team, and when difficulties arise, they place the blame on them.
