Without information suddenly changed rules. As like travailing, inactive the vendor.

ERP is very poor, all people on depends on Google tracker.. and no work life balance.. only showing in Pictures but in background is different..

Working with flipkart gave a wonderful experience, office culture and friendly team. and learnt a lot from fellow colleagues, worked with passion and comfort zone i would recommend this place to work.

While working with flipkart 2 years, 4 months never got any appraisals or salary hike. this is the only this personally i dislike about flipkart.

The company, Walmart, is excellent. However, the Indian higher management lacks an understanding of the ground challenges faced by the team. They implement the SOP without any discussion with the ground team, and when difficulties arise, they place the blame on them.
