Flipkart is very good and nice company..it's a very secure for working people specially for women.not only hr but also all senior manager are good communicated and good behaviour. all supervisor helping theirs staff to manage all work to solve there problem too

As per industry norms Logistics sector is a challenging work but still this company dominating many competitor by giving bonus & extra favour on salary for the delivery boys.

Everything is best at all in flipkart but company need to improve the tech changes to make work simple and easy for delivery boys(like one touch solution in kirana operations, transparency).
