Please dont choose this company as a professional career. They are terminating employees frequently due to cost cutting and recession without giving any intimation to the candidates. I'm one of the most effected person. I quit my previous company and opted this company to enhance my career. I feel regret and this is one of the worst company i have worked in my career.

a lack of work-life balance due to long hours and high pressure, frequent organizational changes, limited growth opportunities in certain roles, a sometimes disorganized work culture, heavy workload, concerns regarding pay and benefits compared to market standards, and uneven treatment between direct hires and third-party payroll employees; with many citing issues regarding management and team dynamics as well.

Please balance with old or new employee. You have to pay the new employee of higher salary like new rate of card and your old empleyee working less salary of against of new employee. Which are created the issue of old employee mind and this is the best reasone to move on another platform. Sorry to say.....

Salary got credited on time that's it.

No good culture, no increament, no good management, no job security. You don't paid you own deduction. No learning, No promotion. Don't try to join flipkart otherwise you will feel failure in spite of skilled and a strong experience just because of no growth and learning organisation. Totally worsted for me and everyone is working with flipkart.

Process, Leadership, On time salary, 2 wk off in alternate week.

Dislikes

Slow system, Longer waiting time for a request. Slow decision making, slow work results. Lesser focus on hubs. Long work hours. Avg 12 hours per day or more. 1 wk off in alternate week. No increment of ground level employees. Few grades had no increment since 2 year inspite of getting EE rating.
