Most of the top management volunteers have vested interests and work selectively to promote their self interests, rather than keep the organization's objectives over self. This organization's top level is largely made up of volunteers and does not have any credible human values or value system. Paid employees face various types of discriminations and are afraid to speak out. Not a good place to work unless one is desparate.
