The management encourges the staff to learn and grow, focusing on soft skill trainings [out of the box] for our professional and personal development.This is an organisation which values discipline, qaulity and perfection which helps us grow as an individual and as well as a team. As some people mentioned strict timing - yes, the management promotes work-life balance and encourages its employees to come and leave on time. We are pushed to take up leadership roles and broaden our horizons. We are not judged for our mistakes. Seniors are always ready to mentor and guide us.

No Diwali Bonus but good salary package. Nothing to dislike in the company if you are passionate about your work.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appreciate are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the Management doesn't address our issues.

The management is horrible. Does not respect. Treats you like a servant. If feels as if they have done a favour on you by hiring you. Please do not join if you love your mental health and peace. You will only be mistreated badly.

Have had an extremely bad experience working with this company. Not at all recommended

The staff is not respected at all. You are made to work as if the company is doing a favour on you by paying you. There is no appreciation for the work you put it. One mistake and everything you have done for the company goes in the drain. Terrible work culture.
