I am working in this organisation since Jan 2021,Got placed in march2020, They send email everymonth update the delay in joining. Finally i started working from Jan 2021. From then the work culture is toxic. They will force u to work overtime and on weekends. There is no increment on our 3.5lpa package while the freshers(2021,2022 batch) had an package of 4.5lpa No increment, no bonus, even they would not provide basic things in welcome kit. Just a laptop and charger. Don't join this company is you had other options. And try to switch as soon as possible. I had many friends working in DXC in different account all say the same thing.

there was nothing good about this company, huge politics, manager are baised, company doesn't run with good resource, it runs with the people who follow manager, no job security, no hikes, i was 2 years in that company, for 2 years there was no hike.

everything about this company is worst, people, hr, manager, work environment, flexibility, salary, what so ever you think of about a work culture is just devestating overe there. just imagine , in 2 yers , there was just 1 team luch, so forget about extra benefits.

... WFR and still lot are people are in line.(Only HPE employees are given WFR). 5. No hike has been given for last one year.

They frequently make sure their employees are taking required certification. Permanent work from home option as it’s virtual office due to covid Good learning for the task associated with our job roles
