Cheap politics Targeting people to terminate No proper plan while recruiting but directly cut people without thinking. No value for the honest employees Easily get into perception by listening to irrelevant people Trust only the time spent at work which is completely inaccurate One cannot raise any concern, just listen and work. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
