Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

the owner is very cunning and mean..would pressurize you beyond limits, pay very less, expect to be present late nights..and would treat you like you are doing nothing valuable...very small company...please don't spoil your life by joining here...you would have most bitter experience of life...

Terrible company. Work like donkey and get very little pay. Management is not at all cooperative. Politics and no work culture. The owner is a bad person too.
