Liberal timing : Your leads and managers want the work done... Be sincere in that and you won't be poked for timing. P. S : though it completely depends on your manager, as one of my colleague, coz of some Argument with manager, had to face punctuality at its worst. As part of lockdown support company is not holding salaries, keeping the situation in mind... i. e; Delinked it with timesheet. Also, slowly all are provided with laptops so can do wfh.. This process was too slow.. But it's a progress co. Is making.

Salary wise company is not good.. If you qte fresher, forget about salary growth here.. You ll learn for sure, depending upon your project and teammates. Better come here after some experience to get a good salary..

For freshers it's good learning opportunities, stress can be more but at the same time you learn also. For senior or lead position it is totally depend on your project and team because for the same project with different team you may see different work-life balance. The management is transparent.

Dislikes

The work culture needs to be improved. Importantly salary benefits are not as per industry standards.

... fresher's training. Work environment is friendly and work-life balance is good. Compensation and employee benefits are average.

Not much focus on specific technologies and licensed tools, lot of projects run only till concept development. Lack of employee training and benefits.

all salary is fixed. Senior management is excellent. I was in total frustration but saw positive changes after writing to senior management.

HR does not cooperate sometimes. we need to write senior management to get work done.

No Salary hike. No Promotion. Working weekends. No Learning growth. Office Politics. No Diwali Gift. Cost Cutting by stopping Water at Canteen, poor lift service, No Tissues in Office on every Thursday.
