...ncy, increment in salary after every 4 years in union agreement , Age slabs If u give 100% efficiency you are paid same n if you give 10% of efficiency still pay is same. Housekeeping staff or Accounts staff has same pay scale, no different pay scale in different department all are paid equally.

Likes : Some seniors are supportive, helpful and understanding Dislikes : At the time of interview they offer more and they actually pay too less plus pay cut during this pandemic which can be accepted. Too much of work pressure. Favouritism is too high. Appreciation is zero.

Thay provide salary good at the time of joining. But after that, poor increment. Bonus. Working life balance is average for people from delhi. But for out of city it is very difficult to manage.

Work life balance is like hell. We cannot denay to manager for any thing. Other wise your all increment and bonus and life will be hell. No support from management.

Company has laid off a large number of managers during these tough times even when employees were willing to take salary cuts and sabbaticals. This has been extremely discouraging.

Dislikes

Company has been extremely unsupportive and unprofessional and has terminated employees left,right and centre.They could have definitely opted for more pay cuts or rotational sabbatical which every employee would have accepted happily.

They provide good food free of cost and a lot cultural fests are held

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. Employees need to work for 12 hrs where as they mention 9 hrs in the contract. They managers don't behave properly. Even after complaining nothing changes
