..., but no training is given, only some internal reporting process is taught. 3. If any report is not sent, they cut your day's salary, regardless of the fact that you have slogged whole day, travelling to different ends of the city at your own expense. 4. Travel and food are your own expense. Travel reimbursement is shown as part of your salary. 5. No salary slip is given. 6. Salary credited to your account after 25 days. So, if you start working on January 1, you get your January's salary on February 25. 7. 3-month notice period if you wish to quit. 8. Bad Paymasters. 9. Micromanaging 10. You are given your joining agreement without anyone's signature. 11. Bad work culture 12. 6-day week, one rotational off (not fixed) 13. For every leave, you have to submit medicals. If there is a death in the family, they ask you to submit death certificate. 14. Your originals are not handed over to you even after you finish your notice period and stop working.

A very disorganized company with a very toxic work culture, they are just looking for cheap employees, they treat people in the company like kids, don't pay you, heavy deduction in salary for small missed/delayed deadlines. Worst working place I've ever seen and heard of. They also push employees to give positive feedback and good reviews on social media platforms.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
