I have worked with Eigenschaft for Six months, Eigenschaft is the company where I started my carrier. It is the best organization to work as fresher. The staff is very supportive. Have got to learn many things from the organization and through colleagues.

Office timings okay , but they'll give mental pressure on the target achieving hour's to hour's they'll ask .team leader always behind you like spy .

No Work cultures and no healthy behaviour betwèen employee and the boss always shouting at the ppl for silly reasons.
