...eveloper is there all are freshers. 4. No weekends, you have to work all 7 days. You have to take leave for weekends depends upon manager otherwise they will do LOSS OF PAY. 5. Manager, Ceo, director, Cto all will treat fresher as a slave. 6. No trainings, you have to depend upon only on google. 7. As a fresher if you stuck in somewhere while coding that time manager will show you how hell looks like. 8. Srinivas pilli java manager only know how to scold freshers, and director will ask money like beggars while you are resigning. 9. Stay jobless, but dont join in this stupid company.

Good Company to work with, has multiple clients. Salary credits on time, allowance's if you're travelling or working at client location which is outside of company's base location. It all depends on your project, team and manager, I think it is the same where.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love the fact that i am a part of team that markets reliable,high-quality and market Demanding IBM products and has a global client base. As a result ,i get to travel abroad ..

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high,sometimes i have to spent more hours straight in a day as i have attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.Manager do not value an individuals unique strengths,which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times..

You can learn but it is upto the management what you need to learn. Working environment is good and team is good as well

Dislikes

No salary appraial, no travel cost . They can remove you anytime they want. You will have a bond agreement .Within this bond you dont see any increment

It's a good opportunity to work here and learn so many things and HR management also very politely and when you work in this company feels work satisfaction and company culture is extraordinary.
