1. 3 years bond. 2. 5 lakhs bond breakage including electricity bill, security charge, office rent, approx 9 lakhs. 3. Not a single senior developer is there all are freshers. 4. No weekends, you have to work all 7 days. You have to take leave for weekends depends upon manager otherwise they will do LOSS OF PAY. 5. Manager, Ceo, director, Cto all will treat fresher as a slave. 6. No trainings, you have to depend upon only on google. 7. As a fresher if you stuck in somewhere while coding that time manager will show you how hell looks like. 8. Srinivas pilli java manager only know how to scold freshers, and director will ask money like beggars while you are resigning. 9. Stay jobless, but dont join in this stupid company....Read More
