It is a very good company in the sugar industry among the all others in the TN. they pioneers in the field and we are producing the very quality white sugar and packing it in the same way. the carrier in this company is very good and we are having so many opportunities in this company to develop ourselves as well as the company.

... we are very reliable and our superiors are friendly to the younger generation. comparing to other group the salary hike may be seems to be low but it is constant. They never defer the employee benefits.

Transportation : people who travel from near by district place needed to follow driver instructions. Management: There are two types of staff Management and Non management. Rate of promotion and salary hike is very good for Non-Management staff , If you are degree holder you ll come in management staff u will get low salary than Non management and people who are working under you. In each department some people working from more that 5 years than only behaves like HOD,
