Transportation : people who travel from near by district place needed to follow driver instructions. Management: There are two types of staff Management and Non management. Rate of promotion and salary hike is very good for Non-Management staff , If you are degree holder you ll come in management staff u will get low salary than Non management and people who are working under you. In each department some people working from more that 5 years than only behaves like HOD,

I will advice not to join in EID Parry if anybody got Job Offer in Parry Nutraceticals since every year 5 employees are sent out without valid reasons.So,Job Security is very poor.Apart from good salary remaining you have to loose in your life.( Other than Parry you can consider other business of Murugappa Group)

...re is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade fo chilling. Company policies are good. Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and instive every year. I happy work with EID Parry (India) limited last ten years.

Opportunities to explore and learn are enormous. A very good environment for beginners to get hands on over fundamental business processes. Good cross functional collaboration and work ethics. Work Culture inculcates pure leadership within oneself unknowingly.
