...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

CEO was supportive but he quit due to unknown reasons known to him during his 2 years work.

Dislikes

Chairman Group Office which is a different office started pressurizing Gurgaon office to resign and go who were hired by Ex CEO. Chairman office ED not interested to come to EICL office but works directly with plants head. No ethics and no work culture. Nobody listening with zero job security. Worked 24 x7 and on holidays. Completed work before deadline only to listen that look for job or else resign by next month. I joined 1 year back and worst thing happening. Other new joinees also affected. Lala company is better than this
