Nothing I have 3 year diploma in mechanical engineering. Company give me 2 year tranning when I completed my training is there no opportunity give me to permanent job. Told me to join as an contract job

Not giving any permanent position after doing good job also I have diploma and full time digree in mechanical engineering

It's safe job, you can retire from this company if you are in right position

Dislikes

Culture of people sitting late night after office hours without any much of the work load. Employee engagement is missing, management doest not adress it Training outdoor is not practised which somehow affects the work

In a gear manufacturing company you cannot develop your skills that much. Regarding the facilities they give good facilities.

I'm not that happy regarding the safety And housekeeping, also the machines are too old and not that acuurate.
