Work is very good, lot of different types of work is happening and you get to learn a lot of things in your job. Managers and Management are very approachable.

Dislikes

No work life balance, expectations on performance is immense and pressure to perform is always high. Micro monitoring is also anothe negative point.

Likes

EI Design is a good e-learning company with good working environment with friendly collegues who are well supportive all the time and we can lots of new things here.

Dislikes

Working hours and work loading is bit heavy when compared with other but we can learn several new things here.

Likes

Flexible working, real-time culture, you can grow your career here. Plenty to learn here. Co-workers are very friendly and help us with any difficult task. Even though its WFM it doesn't feel like you are left out from the company, it makes sure we interact every now and then.

Good work culture, supportive colleagues and seniors, lots of learning and development.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike per se, but there's always room for improvements and enhancements, and I am sure the team is continuously evolving/working to meet the needs of the employees and keeping the employees' best interests at heart! :)

Likes

A charming and multi-cultural team with great interest to learn and grow. Training provided by the company for the growth of individuals. Great focus on Creativity, Technology and Innovation. A well-focused Leader (CMD).

Dislikes

The only part I don't like is the work-life balance - this needs improvement.
