Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Work is very good, lot of different types of work is happening and you get to learn a lot of things in your job. Managers and Management are very approachable.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

No work life balance, expectations on performance is immense and pressure to perform is always high. Micro monitoring is also anothe negative point.

Flexible working, real-time culture, you can grow your career here. Plenty to learn here. Co-workers are very friendly and help us with any difficult task. Even though its WFM it doesn't feel like you are left out from the company, it makes sure we interact every now and then.
