The caller initially inquired about my experience, but when asked about my current salary, I explained that I am a freelancer and my earnings vary depending on the project. Instead of acknowledging my response, she insisted on a fixed number, disregarding how freelancing works. When I clarified that my income is project-based and cannot be defined as a fixed salary, she persisted in forcing a specific answer. When I stood my ground, she started laughing and abruptly hung up. This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and disrespectful. If this is how candidates are treated, I can only imagine how the actual work environment might be. I do not recommend engaging with such unprofessional recruiters. A professional hiring process should be respectful and considerate of different work models, including freelancing.

The Culture of the company is wholesome and there are wonderful people around the company who supports you everywhere and at any point of time. The clarity of work and progression is upto the mark and team ensures WLB at the best.
