Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

In this company salary is decent, but there is not proper heirarchy for reporting!!! Their is a bond of 2 yrs before which u can't resign,and even you need to submit your certificate before joining if u are going to work in this company,

Since I just joined before lockdown and was in the middle of training at client location, i was given unintended holiday with almost no payment. I didn't wanted to take holidays but still I was at home for 3 and half months. I received payment for first month in lockdown which was nominal and without benefits and will be taken back from me in installments. Which equals to no payment.
