I don't have a 0.1% of likes wasted my days big mistake I made in my career but it's a lesson for me

...y said to hire man power once you are on boarded they will ask for revenue from the day 1 They will promise a salary package but they won't give you in hand what they gave committed such a worst behaviour They have two pillers as a directors of the company who don't know what is the process They only know about sending the employees making them to resign HR policy: no policies on HR even if you complain to ur Hiring manager about Salary he will say u just call and ask the finance person Finance : Finance person is the next CEO here no one will open their mouth if we ask for Salary director won't ask directly to fiance person he make us to ask Last CEO: money minded no customer retention no Customer relationship all he want only money from them they are 16 years in the market but they are way behind the technologies but they will say it's a IT company Such a worst company please don't accept any offer if you are placing here I would say you have done a big mistake in ur career

Micro management , work culture (no benefits) , bond agreement , employees cant get noticed , no recognition

I have recently joined in egrove System, As a Fresher I had many thoughts about the company and career development and I must say all of my thoughts come true and I think I chose the correct company because their way of training is excellent So far and I am thrilled and enjoyed, they' re training an on point and very clean, it' s really enthusiastic and friendly work environment

I have been with eGrove systems for more than 1 year, its been a wonderful experience and, it has an Excellent work environment and flexibility. As a fresher I learned a lot from my team leads and team managers, they're very supportive and eGrove Management is excellent and very supportive too.
