Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Site staff facing zink hr because of network issue and many times not remember that time and another is most important is travel expensive is very low..

The company took very good care of its staff during the time I was under contract in Mozambique, Tanzania and Zambia.

Dislikes

The only issue I have with Egis is the non-response or rather lack of appreciation for inputs or services I rendered the Company to facilitate resolutio of issues related to the contract Egis has with the Client outside of my contract with Egis. Maybe I should have demanded an addendum to the contract with Egis before availing my services.
