My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Top employers in 2022, salary paid in time, Job responsibility is very clear, pear team is almost friendly, Office culture and facilities provided timely and employee friendly HR policy and senior management always help to resolve any internal issues at the earlier stage and quick respond from HR team to resolved any issues.

In every company has some internal issues in house of office staff. I think it could not be resolved by any management... personal to personal issues are available... and it is depend on the reactor how he take it and react on.

It's a very good engineering consulting company. If you are hired with a good salary then it's good. Salary comes on 30 th or 31st of every month.

Dislikes

Management is very worst. Increment policy is very bad. If There is a bonus part in the salary structure, you will not get the whole bonus amount. You will get a 25% of bonus amount mentioned in the salary structure.,Although bonus is part a of CTC. Hr policy is very worst

The company is a Big Name only but the management is horrible.Salary is provided in time that is the only benefit.The work environment is worst as the top management will always treat you for your work.They will force you to work beyond your stipulated office time.Head office will also treat you as a clerk and there is no respect for you by the Head office people.

Dislikes

Beware while negotiating your salary as you may get trouble after joining as they have many policies which is not at all employee friendly.Managers are the worst people I have seen, they don't value your hard work.The working time is about 12 hours which is horrible.
