It can also happen with you to give your resignation Just after confirmation of your probation period. 6) There are Lots of politics in all departments. If you complain about anything eg: Your supervisor. He'll surely going to know who and what complaint did to whom and your countdown will start to resign within months. 7) Few teams are lead by highly unprofessional people.
