Absolutely nothing but the staff is very good and cooperative. They create post, appoint people, without intention to retain them. Once their work is over for which they have hired you, very politely they ask you to take a pause or leave. Hire and fire policy. High expectations from staff. Only few are given importance. Management is biased.

Dislikes

HR is a pet and feels insecure if you have better qualities than her. On face she will act as a good friend but actually a backstabber. Not experienced /qualified for HR but handles the position as assistant HR manager. Wants to keep all powers to herself after CMD.
