For me I don't feel like any dislike about EGA but one thing is there which is like a I want to be job a full time not to be a part time job that's it otherwise nothing more effective for me 😊

Nothing to like.. U have to work under the dictator paras nath pandey who is just there to rule like the alahdeen of movie "The dictator". Your manager will push u hard to work extra time which is unpaid.. No leaves will be entertained.. Another worthless person is the quality executive " The use less girl of eli" Ashwani Negi..she don't know a word of quality but act as the VP of company.. Don't have a sense to talk..

Worst company I have ever worked with so much politics and employee dissatisfaction. I have worked with this company for 10 months wherein there Br paras nath pandey quality manager taranpeet and ashwani negi Tl are pathetic. You guys have no Sense i will never ever recommend anyone even its my enemy to join this company. Work culture is worst management has created a huge mess. They put people on pip without review they ask them to leave.
