...gs which helped me alot.For freshers it is the best place to start their career.Its a medium scale company so,the compensation will be normal. I had gone through agreement for 2.5 years . during my tenure I was satisfied with the work.The main thing in efftronics is human relations,every employee is soo good and you will get best colleagues here.

Employee bond for 3 years Salary cutting on the name of caution deposit No promotions No decent hikes No appreciations

The first thing is they give opportunity to freshers from both diploma & btech students, you need to be go outside home state which allows you to know the world and lifeway

....5 years before you cannot resign. Some site conditions are really hard to work. Low salaries.

...ir company,because of politics they don't see the reality what happens at sites.over journey and low salary and salaries also late as on 12-20 of every month sometimes onnce or twice in 1st week..they charge 48 k if any employees breaks two and half year bond .no career growth,more difficult to balance...
