I had gone through agreement for 2.5 years . during my tenure I was satisfied with the work.The main thing in efftronics is human relations,every employee is soo good and you will get best colleagues here.

....5 years before you cannot resign. Some site conditions are really hard to work. Low salaries.

...ir company,because of politics they don't see the reality what happens at sites.over journey and low salary and salaries also late as on 12-20 of every month sometimes onnce or twice in 1st week..they charge 48 k if any employees breaks two and half year bond .no career growth,more difficult to balance...
