...re like a school environment..(a. Fine if you come to office without uniform. b.Fine of half day salary ,if you are late more than twice a month C. You can't take leave on Saturdays and mondays, if you take again one day salary fine) 2. Bond for 3 years ، have to submit original certificates. 3. Irrespective of nature of task, every task is expected to be completed within 2 to 3 days. Otherwise they know how to put pressure on you. 4. Few managers are full of ego. (May be common in every company) 5. Increments! don't expect .they may give or they may not (if they give max 1000/- to 5000/- per year). 6. Lack of experience people, ..whole R&D dept will be of freshers just passed out candids. Company Cannot afford experience candids. 7. 6 working days per week , still OK but they expect you to work for 10 to 12 hours minimum per day. Leaving on time is kind of taboo here.

...ided, I resigned before my notice period and paid 60K penalty for breaking bond. After serving 19 months II spent 70k Extra money apart from my salary. Payments are also very late every time take 15 days to credit salary in to account. No useful work is done so no growth full maintenance only. No proper hikes only once in 2 years that to retain employees they will give hikes and also keeps 25% of entire salary for 18 months even hike amount also as security deposit. Government bonus act is not followed. Saturday is also working day
