HR sucks, politics done by senior leaders and they don't practice what they preach also if client point of contact says anything they fire random people without their fault. Senior leadership is only interested in their growth and development and don't care about front line workers at all.

I like the way I learnt how to handle customers and peers taught me to get hands on Business process.

I am not a person who would share any uncomfortable experience, but rather choose your interest wisely.

The working culture and freedom to explore our interest and opportunities. The company understands its employee's work-life balance very well and have liberal policies.

I am very much satisfied by the company's services. Just concerned about appraisal if they can look upon it.

For me this is very special job as it was the first time I was out of comfort zone from family and started earning on my own which I thought would be very difficult task, but over here at Etech it was only the matter of dedication otherwise each and every aspect of feeling good, nice work culture and job security was fulfilled. Truly satisfying place to work if u r dedicated workaholic plus u get lots of perks for engaging in night shift which in fact can considered as great thing of one is comfortable doing night shift.

Dislikes

Night shift is Compulsory if one wants to earn more as a fresher which is totally fine for international outsourcing services....

This nice place to work. I have completed here 1 year and 7 months. I am still enjoying my work. Good support staff and best work environment . Good work life balance here also. Moreover company provide free transportion. Feeling great that I am part of effective teleservices Pvt Ltd at Vadodara location.

Dislikes

Politics , lake of knowledge but some of here peopled are on leader possible that I don't like about this company
