Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

only Salary is good, rest all pathetic organisation, loads of politics and by doing buttering of CEO, you can survive in this organisation. There is no system, no professional culture, its only buttering. No job security, you can be kicked out anytime from this organisation. You won’t learn anything in this organisation, you will just waste your time till your there.

...d favoritism and patithic politics... Not respecting good source of employee.... No salary hike and other benifit like PF, bouns, and medical facilities. In current situation they still deducted 50% of employees salary. Advise for new joiner plz clear all doubts before joining

... not followed, no ethics no mannerism. Everyone thinks they themselves are boss. The salary is a big issue (before and after corona). There is no job security, you can be removed any day without prior intimation without any reason.....please do not waste your time here.

If there are any challenges you are facing in the company, you cannot even address them to HR, because they will disclosed and you will be put in trouble. Managers pawn off their work on you, the managers behave extremely uncultured. Your work will not be valued or credited.....HR does not solve problems, they enhance it and please do not go with the false professionalism that you see during interview, read the google reviews before making up your mind.
