The parties and the office activities are nice. The office is well-decorated comfortable and modern. The team is well-knit and friendly.

Dislikes

Practically no career growth and very less prospect of salary improvement. Compensation is lower compared to similar positions in other offices. Work is repetitive and boring. Management is not up to the mark and not open to suggestions. There has been a fall in the quality of employees working in EF Bangalore lately.

Good office culture and good team building for some teams. Good office and not too much of bureaucracy

The management is not that great, the HR department and the salary is not that great. Too less growth.

A great place to work at if you love technology. If your idea for any implementation is good enough, it will definitely be considered.

HR doesn't have a say against the managers, which is very bad. There have been few cases when employees felt helpless when trying to escalate things about managers to HR.

I like my job because it gives me time and opportunities to learn more things like travel outside the country.The company has the opportunity to grow big in terms of the successful outcome of the day to day running if the business.

I dislike to create enemies during my work presence.l dislike to work unpaid ovetime
