Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Edzeal technology its worst company. And the manager is have no manners how to talk with employee and before selection they give us fake promises and they don't get salary. please guys don't join this company. Edzeal technology it's not good for career growth. Because I was worked in this company and the mr shivansh sharma not good person...fake company and fake manager Shivansh Sharma

I don't like anything in Edzeal technology

I worked there for on around four month,and I worked hard .after everything owner reject to give any money,he didn't give me any kind of travel allowance and nothing.i have gone through very bad experience.i never seen such a bad guy (owner) in my life.i left that company with full of disappointment.i. Just wanted to tell all people like developer and tester and sales people ,DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY.At the I get nothing not even money..and he is fake person..LEFT EDZEAL IF YOU JOINED IT .. Thank you
