there is nothing to like in edynamic during work. You never now when will be your last day at edynamic

Dislikes

there is no job security. salary never comes on time. no appraisal.... politics on large level if you do chamchagiri to your senior then it is very good place for you.

Working hours are flexible. Work life balance is average and above.

Dislikes

Unnecessary pressure on people who work. Salary is never on time, average delay of 5 to 10 days in a month. If you work and give good output, you will be burdened with all sots of project and will make your work life balance disturbed. No credit or acknowledgement to individuals usually credit is taken by senior or top managements.

Likes

The team is good and you sometimes have to remind people of the professional processes. Once communicated, they work on that. Work life balance is good in my team. The culture is subject to the team you are in.

Likes

Flexibility in work in some of the projects. Projects are good and individuals working.

Dislikes

Too much stringent and tight deadlined projects, to an extend of unrealistic targets. Favourism and review/appraisal system is too biased and unreasonable. Resource retention process is more driven by immediate need rather than projections.
