The only thing that will attract a fresher is the quick hiring process. They are quick in extending a job offer. They then reveal the real picture once you join.

Dislikes

Well to start with freshers are hired in no time. They are made to work long hours. Employees have to inform the hr even for going to the loo. If you are going out during lunch, you will have to inform the hr and if the hr allows only then you are allowed to go. The ceo micromanages all the work. They even check your phone to check if you have made a particular call or not. You will be insulted in front of all the employees for the smallest of mistakes. Shouting at junior employees is the culture. The ceo is a revenue greedy animal. If the targets are not met by the slightest of margins he gets mad and shouts at everybody. The payment is never on time but ceo and the manager expect the work to be complete before time. In short, Hell would be a better place than this. Warning - they lure freshers into the job and then make their life hell.
