Didn't like anything about the working at Eduvantage Learning Solutions Pvt Ltd.

Dislikes

The sudden layoff with no notice, no severance or proper notice pay, and being forced to sign a separation agreement just to get my final salary was not acceptable. There was also no support in finding a new job, and no help with things like health benefits or any other like resume building, referencing to other collogues. The entire experience felt frustrating and unprofessional.

Flexible timing, less work. Good for people who don't want to work or earn much

Dislikes

No growth or learning opportunities for people with experience. There is no proper management or organisation system, no HR as well. I was required to do business development, operations, digital marketing with no additional financial benefits. Worst, tgere is no peer to peer learning.
