In total it's a terrible experience

In all above listed parameters the company is terrible. This itself is a constructive feedback to the company. How it is going to change itself from terrible to good is left to yeh company that too if it wants to. No amount of constructive feedback is going to change the feedback. All of it is on deaf ears.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
