They will make to do the work of 3 people. The current month's salary will be credited at next month's end. Poor management and HR departments are jokes. No respect, nothing. In the name of FLEXIBILITY, they will make you work 150 HOURS/WEEK. YOU WILL GET IT APPOINTMENT LETTER. At first glance, it will look like a joke but only later you realize this. In the offer letter it will be written that they will provide the PAY SLIPS , experience letter and stuff. Well jokes on us to believe on them. I have filed an legal case on them.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
